It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

No more exe files upload to Deviantart

Hi dear customizers out there!
Don't know if you already mentioned it. Since the last weekend it is no more possible to upload exe files to DA.

Maybe this is caused by some dummies who added trojans and malware to their executables. But they are for sure a minority. Why treat ALL customizers for this reason? Some VS need a modified explorer.exe to work and look fine. Some guys are modifying system files to complete a OS transformation. And what's about all the artists who make apps and tools? All of them get in trouble now.
What shall we do? Accept it as destiny? Make a petition and send it to DA staff?

Btw. The easiest way to handle things like that is to accept it. But it is not always the best way.

Please tell your meaning here. Or if you have other ideas, they are very welcome.

Maybe I'm too Linux for this, but are Windows users really that dumb they won't be able to apply system changes without an exe?

As a developer I hate this. DeviantART was a great place to get the word of my apps out, and even find other great applications. Anyone know if there's a petition going around? I'll definitely sign it. Until then my apps will be hosted on SourceForge.

And I am MORE than HAPPY to produce the first "exe" file bypassing their system with Splinter at the link below. Just change the extensions of the files within the zip to .exe from .exc

You completely misunderstand the situation.This is not a challenge how to trick DA's servers. There are several ways to upload exes, no prob. The problem is that it is a clear break of DA's rules. This means you can be banned for this reason.

Well I didn't know anything about "banning". I deleted my file. Still stands that it works. DA is scandalous to attempt this. If FREEWARE AND SHAREWARE DOWNLOAD SITES HAVE IT IN THEIR CAPABILITY TO SCAN EVERY EXE THAT COMES IN, SO SHOULD DA.

IF THEY START CHARGING FOR THE ABILITY TO DO SO, THEN THEY ARE GREEDY PIGS
